STUDIO
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS LIKE?
We record bands in all settings: multi-track, live, live with overdubs. Generally for full band productions we prefer to track from the ground up: scratch track to a click, then drums, bass, guitars, vocals and sweets.

HOW FAR AHEAD OF TIME DO I NEED TO BOOK?
We typically book a month in advance. Availabilities pop up for closer sessions if you're in a timecrunch. Contact us!
I WRITE MELODIES, BUT I NEED FULL ARRANGEMENTS ON MY RECORDINGS,
CAN YOU HELP?
We do that! Whether you're a pop artist or a singer/songwriter, we have session musicians available for hire.
CAN I RENT THE ENTIRE STUDIO?
Yes, the studio itself is available for rental, with or without an engineer.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES FOR RECORDING, EDITING OR MIXING?
Every project is different. In order to properly quote you we need details on the type and length of production. Send us an email and let's talk!
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
We require two week's notice for extended booking cancellations. Any earlier results in a daily cancellation fee of $50.
REHEARSAL SPACE
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH RENTAL?
Our acoustically treated rooms come with a bunch of gear so you don't have to carry all your heavy equipment to every practice. To make it even more convenient, monthly rentals also include on site storage.
Our rooms are back lined, including:
- Full PA system (powered speakers, mixer, mics, stands, cables)
- Drum kit with hardware (3 to 5 pc. shells, snare stand, tom stand, hi-hat stand, 3 cymbal stands w/boom arm)
- Bass rig, wired and ready to play
- Guitar cab with speaker cable
HOW DO YOU RENT YOUR ROOMS?
Our rooms are available to rent in half or full days so you can take your time without having to worry about hourly rates. Half days are 10am-4pm or 6pm-12am. A full day is 10am-12am.
Weekly recurring rentals by the month, or single time rentals are available.
We do not offer hourly rates, but if you're looking to book a room for just a couple of hours, let us know and we can work something out!
DO YOU HAVE A PLACE TO STORE GEAR?
Yes, we have plenty of space to store your gear! Storage is included with monthly rentals.
